During our honeymoon in spring 2002 my wife and I stayed in a nice hotel in Cape Town. It offered beautiful views: Table Mountain, downtown, V&A-Waterfront. Therefore I couldn’t other than take the fire escape to the roof. At my job you learn fast to find the way to the rooftop. And for a quick result you strictly have to follow one rule: Don’t ask anyone, neither the hotel management nor your wife. At some occasions you have to be a man of action – probably the reason why I was hired and married!
